I accept consults in-person or through Instagram messages.
This ensures we can discuss your hair goals, needs, and create the perfect plan for your appointment.

POLICIES:

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

CARD ON FILE:
We require a card on file when booking any appointment. Any card can be changed or saved.

REMINDERS:
You will receive a confirmation text message + email the day of booking and 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times in order to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any fees.

CANCELLATIONS:
All appointments must be confirmed within 48 hours. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service(s) booked.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

If you do not show up on the scheduled date & time of your appointment without any contact prior, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price the day of your appointment.

TARDINESS/RUNNING LATE:

If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled service time, you are subject to forfeit your service and pay the 50% cancellation fee or offered a different service upon the stylists discretion.

ADJUSTMENTS:

Client adjustments will only be honored if we are contacted within 1 week of the original service.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out so we can come up with a solution! If hair is altered by another salon or yourself the adjustment policy is void.

REFUNDS:

We do not offer any service refunds.

HEALTH:

It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided, however it is each client’s personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history, health conditions, and to research the products we use prior to booking an initial appointment. Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during the consultation is not the responsibility of the stylist.
