EXTENSIONS
“luxury you can wear.”
what to know:
-
In-person consultations are required.
During our consult we will go over the current state of your hair, natural textures, and current color. From there, we will go talk about your goals, desired length/density, methods, and achievable colors! Color matching with the extension swatches will be provided.
-
I strive to provide the best hair quality possible! I use many different brands to achieve the best colors and density needed.
I currently am only offering Sew-In extensions at this time. I am fully trained in Tapes and K-Tips as well but typically only offer those methods for filling scarce areas of the hair that sew-ins may not reach.

FULL HEAD/NEW HAIR:
Pricing varies on the length, color, density, and methods needed. Please book a consultation to get a more accurate quote.
MOVE-UPS:
We recommend coming in every 8-10 weeks for a move-up.All of my move-ups include:
- a full removal of the extensions
- toning/gloss on your hair + extensions if needed
(this does NOT include highlights or major coloring as those are separate appointments)
- full wash and blow-dry on your hair + extensions
- new install
- 1v1 styling
I do not offer just “pushing the beads up” as that does not offer the best quality to your natural hair.1 ROW: $300
2 ROW: $450
extension MAINTENENCE
Brushing:
— Use a soft bristle brush starting from your ends up to the base of the extensions. Extension hair needs to consistently be brushed throughout the day to ensure zero knotting or tangling
— My favorite brush on the market currently is a Tangle Teezer
Washing your Hair:
— Try to only wash your hair 1-2 times a week. Over washing can dry out your extensions & fade the color. To avoid unneeded washes, I recommend doing different up-do hairstyles or using dry shampoo to extend time between your wash days
— ALWAYS use salon grade shampoo + conditioners to ensure the quality of the hair (silicone, paraben and sulfate free)
— To help make wash day easier: before you get in the shower (while your hair is still dry), section 1 row of the extensions out of the way, then wash the bottom half first, then the top. Condition altogether. Please brush your hair starting from bottom while the conditioner is in. Rinse.
Heat Styling + Products:
— Try to minimize heat styling and only do so when absolutely necessary. When I curl my hair, I try to make that curl last for 2-3 days with minimal touch ups in-between.
— For blow drying, I try to let my hair air dry almost completely before finishing blow drying my hair straight. For textured hair, use moisture products and go slow and steady when drying.
— Products - When wet: use a detangler, moisture cream/serum, and oil. When dry: use a heat protectant and any dry spray to give texture/volume.
Sleeping:
— At night, try to braid or put in a low ponytail to avoid tear and pull while sleeping. Again, helps minimize breakage of your hair extensions and your personal hair.
— NEVER go to bed with wet hair. This can cause matting at the base of the extensions.
— Silk pillowcases and/or bonnets can help reduce friction onto the hair.
Ocean + Chlorine + Sunscreen:
— If possible, please keep extension hair out of water to ensure the quality and color of the hair. Chlorine and salt water can alter the extensions.
— Do not use sunscreens with the active ingredient of Avobenzone and/or Octocrylene. These react to the hair color on extensions and fade them into a brassy, orange color.
— Use MINERAL sunscreens (zinc oxide/titanium dioxide) and apply carefully.
— If getting in the water (I can’t stop you from having fun) try to prep your hair with a detangler, conditioner, or creme based product to put an “outer” covering onto the hair before it gets wet. This can help as a barrier against pollutants and and help from matting in ocean water.
Color Fading:
— As unfortunate as it can be, extension hair is REAL hair and the color will naturally fade. It can fade from many factors as in washing too much, swimming, heat styling, etc. As stylists we will try our best to maintain the color it is but it can be difficult. We recommend buying new hair if it’s unachievable.
